Sabrenaa is a wonderful mother and broodmare, she has currently been unshown
to date but is well broke under saddle.
Sabrenaa's sire RAMSES MARIS has a stellar show record, including several
Class A Halter Championships and Championships in Park.
He is a proven sire of winners including the 1993 Region 13 Reserve Champion
Mare and 1994 Egyptian Event Top Ten World Champion Mare-ZAHARA RHAPSODY-.
RAMSES MARIS has several other champion get to date. He is also 3/4 brother
to 1985 Canadian Top Ten Futurity Filly -ANTIKA-.
RAMSES MARIS'S sire is the U.S. Reserve National Champion Futurity Stallion
-SHAIKH AL BADI- who needs little introduction.
MARIS'S dam is RAMSES NUR EL FAYEK, who sold for $250,000 in the 1984
Pyramid Society Sale. She is one of only two inbred daughters of the great
sire *RAMSES FAYEK, and last owned by Chapel Farms in Georgia.
Sadly, RAMSES MARIS passed away this past year in Hawaii.
SABRENAA's dam ZAHARA SHAHIRAA was bred by Zahara Arabian Stud/ now Cabreah
in Ft. Wayne Indiana.
SHAHIRAA'S sire is the well noted SHAH NISHAN+ {*Morafic x *Kahramana}. Shah
Nishan was a full brother to IBN MORAFIC.
SHAH NISHAN, a chestnut son of the immortal *MORAFIC had proven himself as a
show horse and prepotent sire.
He was a dynamic and powerful stallion.
SHAH NISHAN had won many Halter Championships, including Regional
Championships, East Coast Champion, Nation Futurity Top Five, and has been
awarded International's Legion of Honor.
His get have won over 100 Championships and have placed first in Numerous
